We have the flexibility to accommodate the particular needs of your team and offer you a choice between "Short Term" training and "Long Term" training programs.
Short Term
1 week – 3 months A new Coach will set training objectives for your team, someone who can bring a fresh perspective to their game and re-invigorate them to play to their full potential. In a manner that is supportive of the coach in charge, we can polish and refine your players' techniques. We can provide technical training, tactics training, fitness conditioning & dynamic drills to enhance performance on the practice field that will give results on the matches. The purpose of our youth method is to promote attractive, effective and attacking soccer! "JOGO BONITO"
Brazilian Technique Training:
- A proper demonstration of the skill in question
- Frequent repetitions of the basic moves, executing them as accurately as possible
- Correction and specific suggestions from the coach
- The various ways to use each technical element in simple game situations
- Motivated players who are fully focused and ready to learn
The Building blocks of Brazilian Technique Training:
- Ball Handling: Comfortable with the ball.
- Dribbling: using Ginga body fake
- Passing: The master Touch & Tempo Half-touch, one and two touches.

Technique Training: Brazil technique is developing at young age so players are comfortable handling the ball in any position in the team and in any part of the field. Technical deficiencies limit tactical capability of players. Solid skills bring confidence to players. "More confidence and better skills better performance."
Tactics Training: When players have more technique they will be able to execute better the demands of the tactical game with dynamic concept. Individual and group oriented drills that also will be enhancing in practice. It is important to break down positions and tactical strategy so players understand their roles on the team.
Fitness Training: Most of our Training Method will include conditioning along with the drills we practice. In modern soccer players needs to be in top shape and will work on all the elements physical condition: power, speed, endurance, mobility & flexibility. Core is also a fundamental exercise in athlete’s stability and is part of our method.
Sport Psychology: The atmosphere is crucial so players can bond in a group of positive energy. Our Coaches set great examples as athletes and as a human being. Trust, respect, patient, encouragement, motivation and responsibility in teach soccer to the youth players. Individual improvement is the most important, success comes with hard work.
Long Term
3 months or longer By conferring with the coach, we can map out a training strategy incorporating the hallmarks of a "Brazilian" style of play. These include, but are not limited to:
- Creativity – Developing unexpected solutions to soccer challenges on the field
- Creating – Opportunities on the field learning how to move and create space
- Possession – Passing from the defense, up through midfield, to the forwards
- The art of scoring goals and finishing – It's not just about kicking the ball as hard as you can. It's about controlling your technique to place the ball exactly where you need it to go in the net.
- Tactical strategies – Using the entire team to move offensively and defensively
- Fullbacks – How to maximize the ability of the defensive wings to move into offense and create scoring opportunities
