I.G.A - Boys & Girls, ages 8 - 18

I.G.A - Junior Program Coed, ages 8 - 11

      This program content will enable students to understand and gain the much-needed confidence to play in the goalkeeper position. The program establishes proper building blocks in an environment that adds fun activities and techniques to insure safety. The goalkeeper should be aware of the fact they can use their feet outside the handling zone ( 18 yards box). Coaches who have played the position at the College & Varsity H.S. level will train you and demonstrate the drills.

I.G.A Premier Program Coed, ages 12 and older

      Prepares and challenges the goalkeeper physically and psychological for the demand of competitive level. Refining the technical and tactical aspect of the goalkeeper. Field player skills are a must for the goalkeepers that want to play at the higher level. IGA will master the components needed to succeed. Use of the feet will have a strong emphasis such as goal kicker, punting and the pass back rule.

I.G.A College Prep. Program Coed, ages 15 and older

      This program you will master from the basic to the most complex exercise for goalkeepers. College & Professional coaches will train with you to develop the right techniques, for this crucial position. We have included additional areas of goalkeeping to challenge the older player that has aspirations to play at the higher level in the future. Club, O.D.P, College and Professional level. The use of feet will have a strong emphasis also. Goalkicker, punting with different styles and pass back rule. The swiper/keeper at the higher level is a must! This is a very intense and challenge program!

I.G.A Individual training Coed, ages 10 and older

      This program it is made for those who want to have individual training and 4 evaluations per year. We will design the right training and build what is needed for the keeper to reach his full potential. Match play evaluate (video taping your training and games.)

I.G.A Club and coaches program Coed, ages 10 and older

      This program is design for club teams that want to have I.G.A training their keeper’s year - round. Also for coaches that want to learn our techniques to use on training their keepers. High School, Club and AYSO.

I.G.A State and Nationwide Camps / Clinics

      This program will be prepared to give Camps/Clinics on your community to teach coaches and goalkeepers about our training and philosophy. We will create a program based on your individual needs & experience to educate coaches and goalkeepers.
