Fitness Training for Young Athletes and Adults can be tailored to meet the athlete's needs, phases of growth, and maturation. Brazil Soccer USA develops a solid foundation and then builds on that foundation by improving the athlete's fitness and strength in adequate phases.

During Brazil Soccer USA's fitness training, we use the ball (soccer ball, medicine ball, and stability ball), in as many drills as possible to help develop basic coordination skills, form balance, teach body control, cultivate proper running technique, improve acceleration, and advance reaction speed. Polishing these basic skills leads to top performance later on; mastering these skills forms quick, appropriate reactions in a variety of situations on the field.

Before and after Brazil Soccer USA's fitness training, athletes participate in dynamic stretch techniques that are specific to one's body and soccer position.

Brazil Soccer USA's fitness training also focuses on core strength training that is critical for greater efficiency of movement, better balance, stability and body control, increased power output, and reduced risk of injury.

Brazil Soccer USA focuses on off and during season fitness training while highlighting nutritional guidelines to keep each athlete healthy and prepared for any soccer challenge.
